1936 Gibson Kalamazoo KG14

***SOLD***
Mid 1930s Gibson Kalamazoo KG14. One of the prettiest examples we’ve ever found. Lightly polished and buffed on the top back and sides and it is beautiful! Not a crack anywhere sans a well executed and hardly noticeable seem separation on the lower bout. This example has a 3 piece top. This ladder braced version of the famed L-00 is so clean there are hardly any noticeable scratches on it!

All original tuners, fire stripe pick guard and bridge. Recent neck set with action of 3/32″ at the e and 4/32″ at the E. Totally cool and did I say it is beautiful?

This guitar belonged to a well known performing blues musician down in Texas and was used on various recordings and stage play. Its sound characteristics are stunning.

Vintage green lined soft case in good condition.
